This was a complete renovation and addition to a 1952 home in the Deepwell neighborhood of Palm Springs. Most of the original layout and some unique architectural details were preserved, including the custom stacked stone fireplace and planters. The addition of a master suite and laundry room gave the family space for their extended family to visit, and renovation of the existing bathrooms and kitchen made the home more comfortable and functional.
Moving glass walls open the home to the expansive back yard and open the master suite to the westward mountain views. An exterior garden courtyard is surrounded by glass and creates a unique entry experience from the garage.
