NEW CONSTRUCTION, 2020

We designed a new state-of-the-art cannabis grow facility for a parcel in the middle of the city. The compact parcel and zoning laws allowed a 2-story structure, but spreading this type of operation over 2 stories required a comprehensive study of the grow process to ensure an efficient workflow and to reduce the movement of materials around the facility and between floors. The city required a high degree of exterior design to ensure it met with the city’s downtown zoning code and general plan.
